El Primo Brand is a Long Beach production company built on DIY principles: no budget, no rules, no permission. We make raw, guerrilla films with whatever we’ve got: iPhones, drones, real streets, and actors who bring fire.
What is SORRY?
Our debut feature is called SORRY. It’s a 77-minute tragedy about six strangers whose lives collide over one bad day in Long Beach. Loyalty, betrayal, and the cost of rolling with the wrong crowd, that’s the heart of it.
How was SORRY made?
Shot on an iPhone 16 Pro Max + a DJI Mini drone (until KG crashed it shooting a Ras-1 music video).
No permits. No crew. No lights. Just a sound guy, incredible actors, and a script that cut to the bone.
Pure DIY hustle, the way indie film should be.
Why Long Beach?
Because Long Beach is in our veins. The city’s grit, culture, and chaos shaped SORRY and will shape everything we make. This isn’t Hollywood’s backlot, it’s the real street.
